Probably the most important visual tool an Agent can have. It's the photo that will highlight your listing. It must call attention to your listing. Aerial photography will offer a unique perspective to your advertising.

I like to use these shots for the opening's and closing's of each video. These are high altitude approach and fade shots. These shots are also a great way to emphasize any geographical features such as nearby water or other nearby interests. I can also superimpose the address of the property in the blue part of the sky. Every story has a beginning and an ending. Every video should tell a story. 

A classic video staple. Uses an object usually a tree  or some other foreground element to circumnavigate and reveal the object of interest. (the home) This shot gives you more dimension to your video and offers a Parallax effect where different elements closer to you move at different speed than one's farther away.
